Real Satanism

You are completely right, Satanism is about being your own God. At the T4S we don't really see Satanism as a religion per se... we call it a religion because western freedoms are always under attack so if tyranny takes hold we can use the excuse that it violates our religious freedom. For example if someone wants to abolish the separation between church and state then we can say: "You can't do that it's against my religion!" or if someone Says prayer should be allowed in schools then you can say something like this: " Well then prayers to Satan should be allowed otherwise it's religious discrimination" This is great for a number of reasons. The first reason is that, although the Bill of Rights protects many American freedoms, they are still under attack. Enshrining Freedom as a religious right gives an extra line of defense. If you are Polish then I don't know more than you. But I can tell you this, living under a theocracy is shit. There are many countries that have this problem, just look at Dubai and the UAE.

After all The USSR was the evil godless commies and America was One Nation Under God after 1952. Takes awhile to dissipate. And occassiona lly tries to revive itself.

Czech Republic is 80% irreligious. Even 'God's Country', where there is a monarch and an official Church of England is well over 50% irreligious.

It is better. It leaves a lot to be desired but definitely better than during communism. The power of the church is overrated. Sure, it has the support of some politicians, now it has support of the government. Others fight it. But this is really the sphere of politics. When it comes to individuals, religiosity or the lack of it is the matter of choice. Actually, the church services are attended mostly by the middle-aged or older people.
