With sarcastic and poetic voices they would say : " F#$#@#$# THIS IS LIKE HEAVEN TO US, IS THERE IN THIS SITE A PERSON CAPABLE OF TURNING THE LIHT OFF? "lol I know.
What if... C.A.T. really spelled dog...I used to love the revenge of the nerds movies among others like porkies.
I but supposing they were still alive, what would it be like?
I know he has power because I blindly bought the Thoth Tarot Deck when I was a teenager and wasn't comfortable with the strong energy I got from it, so I wrapped them up and put them away. I still have them and was thinking recently that I need to play with them now. When I bought them I had no idea who he was or anything - I just liked the pictures I think.
The documentaries did him no favours and I found myself thinking he was just a spoilt rich dude with an inheritance to burn, a drug problem and a sex addiction. I contemplated whether he developed his sex magic practices simply because he was addicted to sex and it was a way to indulge in his addiction with impunity?
And despite all his open-mindedness he still had a Victorian view on women - morally flawed with a inferior mental capacity... Please...! And what the fuck is morally flawed? (Muslims say we are morally flawed). But in his defence it was a long time ago. And if I was a male I can see that I would be a bit misogynistic, but I would be a fool to underestimate a woman.
However, people did follow him. Why? Was it simply because he was rich and enjoyed the education and power that came with that? He was confident and arrogant - arrogance is a slippery slope. I see too much arrogance as a sign of weakness, however a little is very attractive.
I have also heard him described as a lovely old man...
But after all is said and done, he lived the life that he wanted to and I guess that is something to be said in his favour. I just can't help wondering how influential he would have been if he was born poor and wasn't educated. You know, like when they talk about Christian Grey from 50 Shades only being lusted after because of his status and that if he wasn't rich his acts would be a felony.
I actually am curious about this man and think I need to read what he wrote rather than what was written about him. (If I can understand it - some of the things written by educated people in those times make my brain hurt - there is a lot to be said for short, concise sentences).
I honestly don't know what to make of Crowley... I don't know that much about him other than from a little light reading and a couple of documentaries.

legend of the beast is a really good docudrama about uncle Aleister. It shows the man behind the legend. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0l-biwANeFs
As for what he written the allegorical novel Diary Of A Drug Fiend would be good. That's the only thing I had read by him, apart from the skimming of The Book Of The Law.
lol okay, to be more precise, supposing that in a timey wimey sort of way they were here as they were in their prime. They maybe dead here and now, but still alive in the recurrent past that still is, if you get what I'm communicating. Basically in non linear time they still are; their time periods haven't faded out of existence, it's just hidden from our purview, think Akashic Records.I but supposing they were still alive, what would it be like?
Not to be splitting hairs here, say'n they're alive & here in the now... what age..? I'm just trying to clarify the hologram in my head, I mean are we tawk'n at their prime, at their time of death [always a good one] or how they would look if the natural aging process continued..? putting LaVey at 86 and Crowley at 141 <--- my money$ on this one I just gotta see what that looks like \m/ just say'n.
it's just hidden from our purview, think Akashic Records.
ole’grimey Ok dude, on the same page, same akashic record book. The Akashic Records theory seems logical and totally plausible, not all that familiar with the concept of theosophy, Blavatsky & that short-eye’d beater-of-lead always seemed kinda shady and the creep-factor left an initial impression that still lingers, not unlike an air-biscuit floating in the aether.
