That will get you out of bed usually. Also the night BEFORE you power drinking make sure you eat well that day/night and try not to make the last 32oz of liquid of something OTHER than water. Us alcoholics have been pondering how to be heavy drinkers without making ourselves drunks. Easiest method is to not drink. If you are going to drink , do not drink everyday and no more than 3 drinks a night when you do.
I personally Can not follow this advice. ALTHOUGH it is sound and dose work for many. I just had to quit.
