I don't see a point in locking the forum where hardly anyone posts now. Besides, there would be no way to verify whether people post their own photo and not of someone else. Doxing is overrated. A picture alone is not enough to reveal someone's identity, I think. Anyway, all of us reveal the sensitive data to various institutions, which in turn employ lots of people, who have an access to all the private info sufficient to steal the identity of each of us. So if anyone wish to do something nefarious, they can do that even without stealing your SIN photo.

I don't blame you. I have a bunch of "Jesus" hillbillies chasing me around in a very small town "Kelowna" BC.... its not something anyone needs or wants. People need to understand.. that what they believe in...regardless of what it is... Either in "Jesus" or "Satan" or something else ... doesn't give them any "Rights" over other peoples lives.

If TST's Satan-con and every other satanism gathering I've seen pictures of is any indication, the face reaveal caveat would likely make it the ugliest social media online, aesthetically speaking. Seriously, every Satanic gathering photo is like The AV Club grown up, dressed with black cloaks covering dysmorphia, acne, and moles/growths.

 Plus, Is it really all that Satan to make showing one's, even heavily edited face, compulsory?

I'm of the opinion the Satanist make Satanism look like clowns. Practicing Satanists often drift into something outwardly unrecognizable as Satanism anyway.

As far as this forum goes, when there was still Satanism at this site it was mostly just some lesbian and her friends seeing how many beta guys they could mindfuck.  Only a little hyperbole too. 

It wasn't hard for them to do repeatedly either.  It was like a formula.

1. Pretend to appreciate 

2. Treat as equal 

3. Give positive reinforcement for correct behavior.

4. Post ambiguous or esoteric bullshit like music videos with no explanation.

It's not really the matter of authenticity or courage. Rather the number of fucks given has radically decreased. It could be different if I had some last meagre remains of the internet reputation to lose. Not that offline I have some social status to lose... So nothing to lose means nothing to worry about. It's kinda liberating like it was with the heroine of that Black Mirror episode "Nosedive." When her social ratings fell to zero, she was put for one night in prison, which paradoxically ended her enslavement. At last, she could say, think and do whatever she wanted, including hurling insults at her cellmate to her heart's content, without being afraid of what people will say.
