I suppose if you were streaming it you could use a proxy server in a different country.

They can be a bit problematic at times but I don't know of any other way offhand. Some sites may have better ones than others, and sometimes you have to scroll down a bit to find a good one, some are faster, slower, have different parameters, and some don't even work at all.

Key features would be free, fast, and not in the US, so maybe US Proxy wouldn't be a good choice, but they probably have servers in other countries, but I don't recall.
