Main position of Bernie Sanders is Tax the 1%, raise capital gains taxes, and expand social programs with rich people's money while cutting defense. 

Once more please someone explain how this is communism or even socialism? I thought that was called a Democrat?

Does anyone else see the absurdity in calling this socialism? Keep in mind the same bracket in Germany pays 45%.

Also, anyone want to answer me why Reagan is some fucking economic guru for conservatism at 36%, while Obama raising it as high as 28.5%, a total of 4% over 8 years, is a staple of socialism?

Was it the totally greedy crony capitalist fuckfest of medical reforms that made HMO's billions at the expense of larger employers forced buying of premiums? 

I just want to understand where this paranoid fear of things even approaching The Nordic System, which we are not even close to, comes from. 

Germany may tax their rich, but they have a higher standard of living and public hospitals that blow ours right the fuck away. 

Once more, here is the global highest income tax rates in the 5 largest world economies:

USA - 27%
China - 45% *

Japan - 45% 

UK - 45%
Germany - 45%

 The US is the only one not up to 45%, and will never be anywhere close.  But then again, neither will our public hospitals. The private ones will still have 3 star Chefs and tempurpedic mattresses.

Reagan I don't remember. Bush I was young, he threw up on the Japanese, had a New World Order speech, and raised taxes on the advice of logic.  Clinton was barely a fucking Democrat. You don't win in Arkansas or carry Georgia otherwise. Bush was like his father. Does better when kicking the shit out of Saddam. Only fuck up was encouraging the subprime lending which almost killed the Sunbelt when it popped. Obama was also moderate. Raised taxes in the exact manner Bush Sr. did. His fuck up was Obamacare, which was "Red State Armageddon".  It is still in place even after Trump.  Insurance companies + pharma, that's a runaway gravy train regardless of party now.
