I work in retail and I have had customers complain, saying that I am a devil worshiper just because I would wear my baphomet jewelry. Some people like to know more about Satanism but some are just so close minded and even try to tell me what I believe like they have a fucking clue.

I am  a vampire,  I suck their blood when they are asleep. I am Lucifer bringer of light, I prefer  to get their praises and show them that I am worth it in their eyes. I need them to rise up  then when the time comes, I come like a reaper in the night  and vote for the most liberal politician, maybe I ll be that politician and then I ll show the real Satan in me by giving freedom to those who love individuality,Authenticity, human rights, Secularism and everyone will be free that day from to social imposed cancer that is Religion. But I need them, I need their vote to rise up. ;)  That is my way I don't go out  dressed Satanic or shout "I am a Satanist"   'Keep your friends closebut your enemies closer

To cut a bit my drama.   I  am into politics  and I do have a vote in the party it self and also most people are Catholics and many are Secular  in my place so it's more wise to smile to everyone  and live your private life  as you like, then yes when it s time you vote for a more liberal situation.

I am the Intimates and Accessories Department Supervisor of the department store that I work at. All in all, my store and district managers not only accept my eccentricities but embrace me as I am.. beliefs, outlandishness and all. If anything, my uniqueness is deemed more as a valuable attribute than something they would want to close off for the sake of a cookie cutter corporation.

Quote from Jimmy I work in retail and I have had customers complain, saying that I am a devil worshiper just because I would wear my baphomet jewelry. Some people like to know more about Satanism but some are just so close minded and even try to tell me what I believe like they have a fucking clue.

Wicked and I have had this conversation several times and have concluded this must be a regional difference between where we reside and other members of this site reside. Generally, I have no issues whatsoever with my tattoos or beliefs and have had many conversations that range on the mystical and religious with co-workers and even strangers.

I consistently wear jewelry I have had since I was 15 that clearly outline that I am not Christian and, with that, have never had an issue either. I've never been told I am going to hell or lost a job/job opportunity because of it.

Other regions conservatism confuses me quite often.

I'm a pimp, you can check my stats
And rollin a Fleetwood that's how I mack
I rock all the tracks, so the world knows
I love all the girls smack, all the hoes
Show love to those who come real with it
Life's a bitch ,but I deal with it
I'm in it to win it like Yzerman
Can drink about fifteen Heinekins
I'm not born again but if I was
I'd ask to come back with a little more love
Puffin the Winston, drinkin' a four-oh
Kid Rock and I'm a let you know

I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, thinking, trying to free my mind
I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, trying to free my mind

It's been a couple of months in this smokey room
Eatin shrooms, drinking Boone's
Writin tunes and hoping to get
One of these motherfucking songs to hit
A little bit of love that's all I need
A little inspiration and a bag of weed
A seed to plant so my tree can grow
You know I left my girl cause I don't need that
Hooold-up wait a minute I'm about to flow
Like a breeze through the trees you can watch me blow
Puffin the Winston, drinkin' a four-oh
Kid Rock and I'm a let you know

I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, thinking, trying to free my mind
I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, trying to free my mind
Oh yeah
Oh yeah
Free my mind
Ooohhh yeah
Come on
Uh...Uh...Owwww

I ain't no rough guy, ain't no tough guy
Don't get out much, and don't dress up fly
A pawn in the game that's all I am
Givin all my duckets to Uncle Sam, fuck it
I'm free to do what I please little lady
I was born at night, but not last night baby
I've been around, seen some things
I've slept in dumpsters, got high with kings
I don't bring much, ain't got a lot to say
But I got more time then Morris Day
Puffin the Winston, drinkin' a four-oh
Kid Rock and I'm a let you know

I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, thinking, trying to free my mind
I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, trying to free my mind
Smokin and drinkin
I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, thinking, trying to free my mind
Tryin to free my mind
I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, trying to free my mind
Wastin my time
Hey I'm smokin
hey I'm drinkin...tryin to free my mind
I been sittin here just wastin time
Drinking, smoking, trying to free my mind

I work as a furniture maker in a factory,  all my co-workers have known me for 14 years , they have seen the radical change in my life, from a very extremely religious person to a satanist,  they prefer me as a satanic person and not as a religionist, it is because now they can enjoy their conversations and nobody is there to rebuke them for their actions, I feel better too. I dress in black always and I wear my serpents - skull rings, and my aphomet collar , my supervisors don't care about  my dress or believes, they expect a well made piece of furniture from me, and that's what I do. They respect the freedom of religion,  most of the religions of the world are represented in the company I work at, now is the time for them to work beside a satanist , I feel proud of that.

I really don't give a fuck what the customers think, if what I'm we wearing offends you we'll fuck I'm offended by that half naked crucified Jew your wearing around neck. If and when people are ever interested I will tell them about satanism. Some really want to know. I mean if you really think satan is an actual being your fucking retarded

I'm currently a high school student, but do landscaping during the summer. I do not yet have definite aspirations for future jobs, though I definitely don't want to live the conventional "last man-ish" lifestyle of working all day, watching TV, and working again.

Satanism doesn't significantly effect either of these, although to some degree, I'm sure my worldview effects most of my actions.

I work an office job 9-5, and I do internet marketing from home for the last 6.5 years.

I also offer various IT services.

My job and my beliefs do not impact each other really. People are surprised to know I am a Satanist when I come off well spoken and generally friendly.

I am heavily tattooed as well, so people often have the wrong assumptions, and I enjoy setting them straight with my actions.  :)

I'm a caterer. My beliefs don't impact my job nearly as much as my compulsiveness does. I'm extremely precise and thorough with everything I do and follow procedures to the letter, otherwise my brain itches. Currently I'm looking at a few other potential opportunities so that I can stop dealing directly with customers.

I'm inclined, from your posting, to believe the complaints are more about your attitude than your beliefs. But hey, I don't know you from a Cracker Jack box.

I'm a lighting designer & audio engineer at one of the biggest nightclubs in town. It's a full time job that can be very rewarding.

I think my ideal style of living, what I call freestyle satanism, suits this job very well. Being in a environment where so much "sin" is going on, there isn't much room for judgement on alternative lifestyles.

I actually think I have finally found my career job.

-That is, if I don't get bored of it.

I unload crude oil from trains...it's hard, physical, dangerous, and we work in all weather, all hours, non stop..
And I love it.
I've worked labor my whole adult life. I just love being outside, like the physical aspect of it, and the money the can be made in this industry is pretty intense. But you have to put in time and get dirty. The lazy need not apply.

Satanism has aided me greatly in union politics (I've been a union rep for many years , first as a teamster and now united steel workers). I have no problem fighting when I have to and standing up to management, and other union rivals. I'm an exceedingly hard and skilled worker...no one can ever question my work ethic. Satanism has allowed me to be the top dog in any work setting I'm in. Not always through fear and intimidation, but through respect. Lesser magic can be used to great effect in the work place. Any work place.

I have worked as a club Dj for the past year but since having my dental work done i took time off work and i am resuming my other work as a tarot card reader full time. along with that im an author and working on my next book. quitting my job in the club has afforded me the time that i need to work on my book project, among other things

EDIT: how it affected my work? As a club DJ i worked in a strip club and had a blast, it was a fantasy of flesh and music and i got paid for that! and as a woman, it was like, so awesome! I could have that job back any time but nowadays i have other projects consuming my time so its just not worth it.

I help run karaoke at a bar 4 nights a week.  It's a mix between dj, sound tech and "hey, fix that" person.  Lucky for me, not many people are really interested in me beyond what sorts of favors I can do or how far they can up in the rotation for three bucks.  Pretty sure most of then don't even know Lavey is dead lol
