I never seen or heard anything about any churches of Satan in NC. Does any one know is there any?

Only one CoS, bud, and they're in NY. They don't exactly support local groups either.
The CoS is just one of many Satanic organizations. Search for around your area, or gather some like-minded individuals and start your own. Or join an online community like this very one that you seem to have already joined.
The Satanic Temple and the Sect of the Horned God are some of the more popular groups around here, both fine and respectable institutions. But by no means feel limited - there's practically no end to the number of organizations you can join. Just be sure to do your research.
